개인정보처리방침

MIST (이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 DAS(Data Acquisition System) 서비스(이하 "서비스") 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립하여 공개합니다.

본 개인정보처리방침은 Google Play에 등록된 'DAS 환경측정 모니터링'(패키지명: kr.msko.das, 개발자명: MIST Tech) 모바일 앱에 적용됩니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

가. 회원가입 시 수집 항목

  • 법령의 규정에 의거하거나, 수사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우

권리 행사는 서비스 내 프로필 설정 또는 이메일(master@mistkorea.kr)로 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.

7. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법

  • 파기 절차: 보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다.
  • 파기 방법: 전자적 파일은 복구 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제하며, 종이 문서는 분쇄 또는 소각합니다.

8. 인증 토큰 및 자동 수집 장치

서비스는 이용자 인증을 위해 JWT(JSON Web Token)를 사용합니다. 토큰은 브라우저 메모리에 저장되며, 로그아웃 시 삭제됩니다. 이용자는 로그아웃을 통해 토큰을 즉시 무효화할 수 있습니다.

9. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

  • 비밀번호 암호화 저장 (bcrypt)
  • HTTPS를 통한 전송 구간 암호화
  • 접근 권한 관리 (역할 기반 접근 제어)
  • 로그인 시도 제한 및 계정 잠금

MIST ("Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of users of the DAS (Data Acquisition System) service ("Service") in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea.

This Privacy Policy applies to the 'DAS 환경측정 모니터링' (package: kr.msko.das, developer: MIST Tech) mobile application listed on Google Play.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

7. Destruction of Personal Information

  • Procedure: Personal information is destroyed without delay when the retention period expires or the purpose of processing is achieved.
  • Method: Electronic files are permanently deleted using irrecoverable methods. Paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

8. Authentication Tokens

The Service uses JWT (JSON Web Token) for user authentication. Tokens are stored in browser memory and deleted upon logout. Users can immediately invalidate tokens by logging out.
